Since completing my Master of Social Work in 2010, I have supported individuals and families across Toronto. I have worked in hospitals, Long-Term Care, and community agencies, specializing in seniors' mental health.
I am trained in various types of therapy including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT). I tailor my approach to meet each client's unique needs.
I am passionate about supporting clients through significant life transitions, particularly in the context of aging. Common issues include retirement, changes in familial roles and responsibilities, loss, medical illness, and loneliness. I have vast experience supporting clients with depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. My knowledge and experience enable me to efficiently address the complex challenges of aging.
